Terms and Cancellations

Please read our reservation and cancellation policies below before confirming your reservation. By confirming your reservation with a deposit, it means that you accept our reservation and cancellation terms.

Reservation Policies

* Rates are in US dollars

*All reservations must be made via our email

*Reservations will be answered within a maximum period of 24 hours, indicating the reservation code, arrival and departure date, reservation status, payment deadline or reconfirmation. To request a reservation, the following information is required:

-Full name of the guest, nationality, and identity document number (DNI, Passport or immigration card).

-Type of room requested, number of rooms, number of pax.

-Dates and times of entry and exit of the pax

-Full name of the person requesting the reservation and contact details.

* Reservations are not transferable.

*Pets are not allowed on our property.

*A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the room is required to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation has been processed, you will receive a reservation confirmation email outlining a summary of your reservation. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at if you have any questions or need any changes.

*Payments can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express), PayPal or bank transfer. Payments made by credit, debit or PayPal cards will incur an additional 5% fee.

*Check In Time 11:00 HRS.

*Check Out Time: 12:00 HRS

*The remaining balance of the total cost of the room must be paid upon arrival at Casa Amazonas. Casa Amazonas accepts cash (Peruvian Soles and US dollars) and credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) (+5% commission). Traveler's checks are no longer accepted. Alternatively, you can pay your hotel room balance by bank transfer

*We strongly recommend that all our guests purchase travel insurance, which is generally inexpensive, but can really save you a great deal of financial loss and emotional distress if an unforeseen event occurs. We recommend that your travel insurance covers you for flight cancellations and airline accommodations. We also recommend that you consider coverage for accident, sickness, medical evacuation and theft.

*Due to our land and location unfortunately this is not an accessible property for people with disabilities or limited mobility.

Groups and Retreats

 *All reservations must be sent only to through our online reservation system. All reservations will be confirmed in writing via email.

*In quote and reservation requests include the following data: Number of passengers specifying ages, arrival and departure flights, airport and schedules, dates of stay in hotels, details of services included (transfers, excursions, tickets, etc.), contracting or not of guide services, itineraries and any other information that can help us in the quote. In the case of not having specific data such as in the case of airlines, number of passengers or date, give us an estimate.

*To make a group reservation (deposit and prepayment): We require a non-refundable deposit of $250 USD and it will be applied as part of the payment of the confirmed group.

*Payment due dates also depend on the negotiation with Casa Amazonas, which will be sent in your final quote. These expiration dates will have to be respected and in the event of not receiving the corresponding payment on the stipulated date, at 9:00 a.m. the next day the reservation will be automatically canceled.

*Minimum stays: during the Christmas and New Year periods, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. For Holy Week and Easter a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

*All group reservations must be 100% prepaid, 48 hours before the group arrives at the accommodation.


Re confirmations  y Passenger List

 Individuals: (From 01 to 05 rooms).

• Reconfirmations and payments must be sent 15 days in advance, or upon arrival of the guest(s) at the Hotel, attaching the list of passengers. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. Groups (More than 5 rooms)

• The total payment of the reservation will be made 30 days before your arrival, in high season (April to October).

• The total payment of the reservation will be made 15 days before your arrival, in low season (November to March).

• The cancellations or reconfirmations of the reserved spaces will be made taking into account the expiration of the term of payment or reconfirmation of the reservations.

• The final list of passengers must be sent within 30 days of the group's arrival at the hotel.

• Reservations made 15 days or less before the guest's arrival at the Hotel may be defined or canceled without penalty.

Cancellation Policies

Securing a reservation with your deposit means you agree to the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.

*Requests for changes to your reservation must be made in writing to info@amazonyogacentre. com and confirmed as received to acknowledge and resolve your request.

*Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in date will receive a refund of the deposit/amount paid less ONE NIGHT as detailed on the invoice or the option of a CREDIT, which is valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation date. In case of credit, an administrative fee of 5% will be applied to the total reservation.

*Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days before the check-in date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit / amount paid or the option of a CREDIT for future stays, which is valid for one year from the date of cancellation. cancellation.  *Cancellations made less than 30 days from the date of entry will lose 100% of the deposit / amount paid.

*All CREDITS are subject to availability and based on rates as per our published room rates.

*All refunds are payable by PayPal or credit card refund and are subject to PayPal/credit card fees and the terms and conditions of those institutions.

*Consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

*We do not issue refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstance.

*Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 30 days prior to your original arrival date via email, and changes are subject to availability. There are no refunds or credits issued for reservation changes within 30 days of arrival date that reduce the number of nights stayed.

*There are no refunds or credits issued for early departures.

*There are no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or any other unforeseen event, Casa Amazonas is not responsible for any other cost, evacuation or inconvenience caused by a natural disaster.

*All issued credits are valid for one year from the original cancellation date. A credit can only be used for hotel room reservations at Casa Amazonas and cannot be used for hotel services. A credit can be transferred to another person as long as we have a written authorization from you and it is subject to availability.

*If there is any doubt about it or you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please contact us before making your reservation.

*There is no refund for early departures, nor will there be any in cases known as no show (when the traveler does not show up on the confirmed arrival date).

*For any event that prevents the client from reaching the Casa Amazonas hotel, from their place of origin, no type of refund will be made, a credit will be applied for a future reservation.

*We do not refund deposits for flight cancellations or changes.

*Reservations for a single night are non-refundable

Groups and Retreats

*Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the advance payment.

*Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not receive a refund, however a change of date will be accepted (subject to availability) up to 8 days prior to the original arrival date.

*The person in charge must liquidate all reserved rooms 15 days before arrival at the hotel.

*Cancellations are not accepted 48 hours before arrival.

Rules and Guidelines

CASA AMAZONAS is a boutique hotel whose objective is the health and well-being of each guest. It also promotes organic and inorganic waste management as well as permaculture and bio-construction practices for conservation in the Amazon.

• Let's take care of our health and the environment for which smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, the Yoga Shala and on the trails (Trails).

• The guest acknowledges that CASA AMAZONAS is a Boutique Hotel located in a tropical forest, so we are not responsible for any accident within the hotel facilities.

• The rooms have designer furniture made with wood from managed forests, so the guest must cover any damage, theft or loss of the same.

• Casa Amazonas will not be responsible for guest valuables that are not delivered to the Hotel Manager.

• Hotel employees may enter a guest's room if necessary to clear a power outage, secure housekeeping services, restock room furnishings, or provide emergency medical care.

• Quiet hours in the hotel are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am The behavior and actions of guests in the hotel during quiet hours must not disturb other hotel guests.


CASA AMAZONAS and its employees will not be liable for any damage caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with:

-Any delay or cancellation. In the event that a traveler becomes ill while on vacation or has to cut their vacation short. All hospital and medical expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.

 -Monetary crises, social unrest, political or labor problems, economic changes, power outages due to weather, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind. any result of events beyond our reasonable control or that of a supplier, including but not limited to acts of nature (hurricanes, landslides, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, hurricanes or weather conditions, diseases or epidemics/pandemics, new or unexpected conditions and local laws.

-Any liability caused by negligence, accident or error of independent professionals who provide services at the Wellness Center.
